And as an added bonus, even though I may not know you as well as your guests, I’ll still be screaming with excitement for your marriage! You’ll probably catch me tearing up during your ceremony too. Yes, I’m your wedding photographer, but I’m also your biggest hype girl and friend. I’ll be there documenting your day with my camera—capturing all the emotions, hugs, tears, laughs, and everything in between. The Classic

There will be a $500 non-refundable retainer fee, and signed contract from both clients and photographer before your day is officially booked. I will ask for the remainder payment 1 month prior to your wedding, so you are able to relax on your wedding day knowing everything is already taken care of. Please also note there is a $100/hour driven outside of McMinnville, OR. This is to pay for time traveled to the event and back home, plus wear and tear on car and gas.

After inquiring, I’ll reach out to schedule a consultation call. During this call, we will discuss your vision and go over my packages and services. If we click, I’ll send over a contract and invoice. If you haven’t done so yet, you can contact me here.
STEP 03
Booking time
If you decide I'm the right fit for you then I will send over my contract along with an invoice for the non-refundable $500 deposit to officially save your date.

FAQ
1. Do you travel for destination weddings?
Yes! I don't want travel to come between us being there for you. I love to travel, and I feel like this helps my creativity flourish.
If your venue is driving distance- I charge $50 for every 30 mins driven outside of McMinnville, OR.
If your venue is not in Oregon, or more than 3 hours from McMinnville, I ask you pay for my travel whether it be by plane or by car. I also ask you pay for my stay.
I will of course try to find the cheapest way to get there because I love to travel!
2. How many photos will we receive?
For a full 8+ hour day of memory capturing you will receive anywhere between 400-1,000 photos. It's hard to place a set amount as I will provide as many as possible because I don't want you to be limited on your memories. With wedding services under 4 hours it'll be expected to receive up to 300. (Again I will give as many as possible.) If a second shooter is used, that can add an additional 2-3 weeks turn around time, and usually extra photos!
3. What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
Obviously things happen! No worries. If you need to reschedule due to weather, difference in plans or anything else, no worries- just reach out as soon as you can and we will figure something out! If you need to cancel a wedding or engagement photos, I will keep your retainer fee as that is not refundable. Please understand that I turned down other weddings and photoshoots to be able to make your day. If you cancel on me, I no longer get the remainder of your payment but it is also extremely hard to re-book for that day. Please don't make it awkward as ask for it back, as you know the retainer fee is not refundable.
4. How long does it take to get our photos back?
After your wedding night, I come home and immediately back up your photos so they do not get lost. Your turn around time is expected to be 2-4 weeks for weddings under 4 hours. It can be anywhere from 6-9 weeks for full wedding days. I try my hardest to get your photos back as soon as possible because I know you're just as excited to see them as I am. If a second shooter is used, that can add an additional 2-3 weeks turn around time just because there are double the amount of photos to go through and edit.
